Deactivate Save button after click

Cold start time of Azure functions is unfortunately still quite high (around 10s). Due to this users could be tempted to click multiple times on the save button. This should be avoided, since many portfolios are going to be created.

Solution:
After click on Save grey out and deactivate button.
