Exported defs aren't visible in affinity designer

Describe the bug

When I export my drawing, there are no arrow-heads on the connections.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Draw a connection
  2. Export as SVG
  3. Open the file in Affinity Designer
  4. See no arrow-heads

Additional context

You'll need Affinity Designer to test this issue.
