Layout connection on resize

Describe the bug
Connections aren't re-layouted when connected shapes are resized.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Draw shape
- Draw connection to shape
- Resize shape
- Connection is unchanged
Expected behavior
Connections should be re-layouted like on move.
