Install() does not work yet.

Hi, I saw a comment saying "switched to Biocmanage" , and I tried to install xbioc 1.7 by install() but I got an error message Bioconductor version 3.8 (BiocManager 1.30.4), R 3.5.2 (2018-12-20) Installing package(s) 'xbioc' Warning message: package ‘xbioc’ is not available (for R version 3.5.2).
