Blueprint not getting removed from inventory even after using it

I bought a blueprint for specific car and went to the project cat site and used blueprint but it didn’t get removed from my inventory after spawning the vehicle shell. It didn’t remove even after completing the whole car
Am I supposed to build unlimited cars with 1 blueprint?
