[Feature request] Allow to copy link to a particular anchor

PaperMod already somewhat has this feature (I can click on the # next to an anchor and then copy the URL)
I think it would be great if PaperModX also implemented that (and maybe also a direct "copy to clipboard" button if js is enabled ?)
