Version : all
Command : kots admin-console upgrade
Use case : Version mismatch
Example : KOTS CLI version 1.106.0 does not match API version 1.105.4.
It exits with status code 0, it should be 1 or more.
When using it in CICD pipelines, it is hard to catch there is an issue.
