Jokes aside, the current readability doesn't really make me want to help out by adding features...
Maybe use the fact discord.py has cogs? Just maybe?
BTW, I haven't really read much of the code, but hopefully this bot will turn out well :)

this is actually a fork of a bot i started a while ago, so that should explain some of it lol

I am also now (not my primary task though) changing it (mostly) to pep8 standards.
