Replugged commands placement

Currently the /commands for Replugged are showing at the top of the commands list. The list of applications is sorted a-z so it should be shown sorted with them.

I don't think this is an issue but open to other people's thoughts on it

id even go as far as suggesting it be moved to the very bottom with the "native" commands such as /shrug

well its an custom section by client mod core. so to highlight it, its there like that. it's intentional not an mistake

With that logic, putting it with Built-In makes the most sense
