Issue with integration the jira via jira server plugin: Authorization type=Basic

Hi there,

JIRA Server - version 5.7.2

The request POST https://reportportal-dev.arlocloud.com/api/v1/integration/jira failed with 409 error
{"errorCode":40302,"message":"Impossible interact with integration. Connection refused."}

Is it possible to add the Bearer or OAuth authorization type to jira server plugin? I think it's a reason why it failed with Basic authorization.
