Transfer ownership does not display any dialog

  1. What version of Translatr are you using?
    v3.0.0-SNAPSHOT
  2. What did you do?
    Add a member with role Owner, then tried to transfer ownership with the button next to my member.
  3. What did you expect to see?
    The dialog for changing the owner.
  4. What did you see instead?
    No dialog at all, and was redirected to my user page.
