Looking good at first glance! The thing that comes to mind immediately for me is framing around a high-level timeframe, that contains waypoints in organization. Could have a separate one for each of the three engagement levels. So a chapter / section structure like:
- Intro
- Section 1: Community ResBaz
- timeline
- steal underpants
- ...
- profit
- Section 2: Conference ResBaz
- timeline
- ...
- Section 3: Campaign ResBaz
- timeline
- ...
Where all the ... walk through how-tos of each step in the corresponding timeline. Yes no? Maybe easiest to start with the 'Conference ResBaz', since we actually have that all sketched out in the resbaz call schedule.
