New #swcaroentry shell material

At https://github.com/swcarpentry/bc/tree/master/bash there have been updates to the shell material that we have in the resbaz/lessons repo. In particular, the goostats program now actually exists as a program.

Prior the next #ResBaz bootcamp, these updates need to be added to our materials.
