An organization has at least the following fields:
Name
City (Only Quito supported for now)
Adoption forms reception Address
Email
Adoption form (file as PDF)
Only super users will be able to insert new organizations. This could be done through migration scripts. None of the information here is sensible information (it should be all public already)
