Create a base script that can be reused across eprints repos with minimal work. Based on JSON export.

Remaining work:

Move KFSPECIFIC into a separate script, leaving the generic script, generic
Ensure all mandatory fields are supplied (decide what's mandatory)
Add in lookups
Review other TODOs

Still needs a resource types lookup, but we don't have a standard list for that yet. Other remaining work (moving KFSPECIFIC and mandatory fields will come later once we have a pathway for setting up different customers)
