Expected behavior
Users should be aware cookies are necessary to login, and be able to access those settings to change their Cookie Consent preferences when logged out.
Actual behavior
Users do not know that they will not be able to login without cookies.
Steps to reproduce behavior
Go to https://stream.resonate.coop/login in an Incognito/Private tab. Disallow cookies. Attempt to login. Login will fail. User has no way of getting to their Settings to change this after they've denied this unless they know to hard refresh or clear their cache.
