Expected behavior
The user's previously playing track should be the default track when they load up the website/app, or the first track on https://stream.resonate.coop/releases?order=random.
Actual behavior
"Reclaim These Streets" by Loud Women is always the default track when users load up the website/app. (The first track from https://stream.resonate.coop/u/12788/playlist/staff-picks-aug21.)
Steps to reproduce behavior
Open https://stream.resonate.coop/discover, on any device (desktop/mobile browser/app). "Reclaim These Streets" by Loud Women.
