Support resque 2.x

Please update the gemspec to allow for usage with resque 2.0. A quick look at the diff/changelog does not seem like it would break compatibility.

resque-scheduler (> 4.0) was resolved to 4.3.1, which depends on
resque (> 1.26)

resque 2.0 was released about 2 weeks ago.

Sorry to re-open but is there any update on the release? I would like to move lantins/resque-retry#154 forward, which depends on resque-scheduler.

It has been a long meantime. I created a separate issue for the maintainers to pick up. I think the work is really simple as to tag a release and upload it to rubygems.org.

Can you help?
