Add an example for Elevenlabs.

For Elevenlabs, three functions called from a workflow and with a small business logic, using their python sdk with (1) https://elevenlabs.io/docs/api-reference/text-to-speech (2) https://elevenlabs.io/docs/api-reference/speech-to-speech (3) https://elevenlabs.io/docs/api-reference/audio-isolation .
