E-Mail Input field in Microsoft Account Windows completly unclickable

When attempting to add a new Microsoft Account, the oauth Window's e-mail field can Not be interacted with.

Please provide more details about:
- Which version of EnderChat
- Which version of Android, and if you're running any ROM or not
- Which Android device (e.g. Pixel 7, Xiaomi Redmi Note 12, etc)
This issue is known to have existed, however, it should be fixed in recent builds, a release will come soon which should include the fix (I'm planning on getting 1.20.2 support and some internal code refactors in first before releasing). You can try this build of 86d75b5 in the meantime and see if the issue is fixed:
