Mouse on A500 Mini skips sometimes

This is due to the non-realtime nature of the Beaglebone. Sometimes the USB interrupt is behind some other process and causes it to be missed by RetroSpy. Not sure if there is a fix. I have tried RT kernels and setting priorities to no avail.
