add force 4:3 aspect ratio

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Playing asteroids on 21:9 just isnt the same as good old 4:3 and really makes it a different game. In addition controls i.e. my fingers can cover important content.

Id love to have an option to force 4:3 (or maybe additional aspect ratios?) on a game by game basis.

Thanks for the feedback. I think you are spot on. This would likely add to the retro feel. Perhaps even a skin around the outside like an old CRT monitor. It is probably the only way to ensure fairness in multiplayer games in case some players are advantaged over others in certain games as you've eluded to.

Having said that, I do enjoy personally how they go right up to the edge. So lets sleep on it for a bit as to whether it is an option or whether it is forced. It could be whacky like forced in multiplayer but not single player, but I don't think I like that because it may be confusing why the preferences of a player are disregarded in multiplayer.
