Update bootstrap css

The current skeleton is using version 3.3.6 of the Bootstrap framework. Is it an idea to upgrade this to the latest version of Bootstrap (4.5) or upgrade to the latest version of 3 (3.4.1).
Or is the idea more like: "this gets the job done for the "It works!" page and you should replace it yourself"?
