Improve GPS time sync

Some reporting for signal, e.g. number of sats, as otherwise you can find GPS loses any sync, but because of battery it holds clock which could drift. It has fault for no GPS module, but needs some warning for no GPS sync so maybe extra logical input for such. Obviously as only used for clock sync only needs to report if no signal at all or something meaning clock not reliable.

OK added new GPSWarn set when no sats seen.
