Multi tenant administration access

Admin access to the web UI allows a number of levels or access. However it is site wide access.
In some cases a site may have multiple tenants but in one system - e.g. where common entrance lobby so armed when all tenants armed, and hence run as one site.
In such cases it may be useful to restrict admin access to specific set of areas, and hence only allow admin of fobs, and so on, which are encompassed by those areas. This would probably only make sense for some levels of access, specifically adopting and changing fobs. But it could allow access for such operations of each tenant without compromising the site security.
The UI should make very clear which access functions are constrained by such an area list so as to avoid any confusion.
This has become less of an issue, so closing for now.
