i think we need fork of this library with active contributors!

because this library very useful when app targeting to pre-Lollipop devices

I have published 1.3.0 version that migrates to AndroidX to Jcenter.
I also welcome anyone to fork and continue maintain this as I don't have enough resource nowaday.

It's been so long.
When i had android 4.4.2 phone, i used all possible material ports for older androids, i even realized colorable status bar using workarounds.
Now i have last android (10, and will upgrade to 11 when it releases), good processor (no lags at all).

Probably if i had latest Android years ago, I'm not cared about old versions as did it.
Now i'm not even develop on android often
