Rebase a branch

Add action to rebase a branch on any other. Also add shortcut action for git rebase master which is common in many workflows. Make these actions available in the actions pop-up.
It will be necessary to show a another pop-up of possible branches that can be selected to rebase on. A filter box should also be present to make finding the desired branch easier.
