Add config for wild pokemon held items

Description

For example, it'd be nice to have a config that lets you toggle vanilla held items. I guess you could do what was done with moves where for example if the config was set to GEN_5, everything past that gen uses whatever item they were holding when they were first introduced while gen 1-5 uses gen 5
