Repeated metadata fields if sample loaded again

When an XML file for a sample is loaded more than once, the corresponding sample object appears with repeated fields and values.
Proposed solution: detect when a sample has been already loaded (using its "número_muestra") and block upload (generating corresponding HTTP error)
