Ah, sorry for making you confused.

The license notice is for Electron, which is inserted by electron-packager. So Electron part of Shiba-*.zip is distributed under the Copyright (c) 2014 GitHub Inc. license. And other part is distributed under the Copyright (c) 2015 rhysd license.
