getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND issue in Windows

In my Windows environment, resolving address fails as below:

POST code error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND github.com github.com:443
POST code error: getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND raw.githubusercontent.com raw.githubusercontent.com:443

I need to check whether this problem occurs in other environment or not.
