It only worked after I did a hard refresh with Ctrl+Shift+R. Maybe detect somehow this problem, or perform a hard refresh regardless?
In the meantime, maybe warn the user in the readme that this might be a common problem, and how to fix it.

Since it's only a first installation issue, and it will work after a browser restart or after a short time, I think a warning in the readme is sufficient.
