Taps never connects to Heroku, hangs forever

Rails 3.0.7
Spree 0.60.0

Hi, I'm trying to push spree up to Heroku using 'heroku db:push' but it doesn't work for me: It simply asks for a confirmation and then hangs forever. One time I managed to get it to spit out a "SequelConnectionError - Interrupted" after an hour or so of letting it hang there, blank after confirmation.

Very frustrating since I haven't found any other accounts of this error. There's no information in the Heroku logs, and I don't really know where local logs would be.
