Bump Version for backup-manager/symfony

As mentioned in Slack currently with Contao 4.11 you would get the following error:
Return value of "BM\BackupManagerBundle\Command\RestoreCommand::execute() must be of the type int, "null" returned.
So the Version of backup-manager/symfony should be bumped, because there the problem is fixed - see:
