Get 100% on codecov display

Currently, the Codecov badge shows 84% code coverage. Upon inspection of, among other, create_tutorial_chapters_graph and add_bundled_edge_between_vertices.impl I conclude that they are tested: an added assert or BOOST_CHECK shows up in the test report. Yet, I must be wrong, as computers are quite reliable ...?
Well, if someone find this out, please let me know :-)
