As a developer, I want to create the "Select Beacon" activity.

"Select Beacon" activity is a view with 2 lists - List of beacons that were saved by the user by assigning a friendly name to them and a list of beacons scanned by the device but not saved by the user.
Each item in the saved list displays a (name + uuid:majorid:minorid) and new beacons as (rssi + uuid:majorid:minorid).
