Maintenance in Linux

I am running the latest version (e1c011f) and can't get the maintenance to run correctly in Fedora 27 x64.
USURPER /hmaint
should run maintenance regardless of if it has been run previously during the day.
What happens in it always goes to LOCAL LOGIN - FOR NODE 0 and asks for Name of handle (sysop) before it will run the maintenance.
