PythonPath modification goes wrong on miniconda3

A quick heads up I just noticed that in some cases the PYTHON path is resolved in the wrong way. I will fix this tomorrow.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Linux Ubuntu 18.04
- CONDA version: 3
- ROS version: Melodic
