Selected theme should persist on reload

Describe the bug

The theme is reset to the system theme.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to https://github-emoji-picker.vercel.app/.
  2. Switch the theme.
  3. Reload the site.
  4. See theme change to system theme.

Expected behaviour

The last theme should be used as long as it is stored in the cookies.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: All
  • Browser [e.g. chrome, safari]: Brave
  • Version [e.g. 22]: 1.44.112

This was fixed in f19abd6.
