New schema Medina: adjust UI to fit multiple possible schemata

- Popups: don't group by material . No material information in classname.
- Legend: currently shows D5 & D6 -< doesn't exist in Medina.
Same thing with transitions

Awaiting some additional data: Deus needs taxonomy data in mapping file so that Medina can also be used in the Chile scenario.
