Joycons disconnect when I turn my raspberry pi off and need to be paired again when I boot again

That is not a problem. The joycons disconnect from the Raspberry pi because once you turn the device off, the joycons cannot connect to it anymore. It has to be paired again because the program does not have the funtionality to reconnect the joycons.
