Airplay no sound

While mirroring to my Apple TV, there was no sound being sent to it. It was only when I turned on the ringer of my iPhone that the sound started from the Apple TV, and when I switched back to vibrate, lost the sound again.

i guess thats normal to iOS 7... doesnt seem like it should be though.... :/
