Initial setup doesn't install helm (but update does)

FYI, I upgraded to 0.6.3 (and kubernetes-dashboard works great now; thanks!), destroyed everything and re-built it all from scratch (removing ~/coreos-k8s-cluster as well). I kept the shell output from the initial install and noticed that it downloads and installs the OS X versions of etcdctl and fleetctl, but not helm.

Using the "Update OS X fleetctl, etcdctl, helm clients and fleet units" menu item did install helm, however.
