Virtual keyboard doesn't appear when input needed

I've just installed Pure Maps on postmarketOS following the instructions for OnePlus 6 (build 20230319-0258-postmarketOS-v22.12-phosh-22.2, phosh 0.24.0, GNOME 43, Wayland, graphics FD630) and it shows maps just fine after setting up the OSM scout server, very nice!
However I can't use it for any place search or for directions, because when I try to search an address the virtual keyboard doesn't show up. Could it be that it's not recognised as input?
That is not something that is set on application level. Keyboard should be provided by windowing system or Qt if it is setup properly. Please check with pmOS developers on why it is not opening.
Thanks. I'll need to figure out where to report and how to show the issue is on the pmOS side. I couldn't find any other application with which to reproduce the issue so I'll need to dig a bit.

This is a general Qt issue and not something specific to Pure Maps. It's known, but won't be resolved until Qt and Squeekboard support a new Wayland input protocol probably. I forgot the exact details. Anyway, I think we can close this given that it's not something we can do anything about downstream in postmarketOS.
So this can be closed too, but it would be nice to find any relevant report upstream.
