add AC'97 support

Currently the private repository contains a code accessing the AC'97 audio chipset.

Check all involved licensing, see if the audio code can be published easily. If it can, then:

• add the code, with the example app
• add the tests
• check for old references
• make sure it works
• document it
• update the readme file with a warning about volumes
