improve Vagrantfile

Currently there is a Vagrantfile that can setup a VM capable of building and running UEFI applications, but it still lacks a few features and nice-to-haves that would allow it to be developed with exclusively.

Add at least:

• Doxygen, to generate the documentation
• mounted shares, to be able to use current code in the VM
• system utilities and configurations, like screen, bash aliases and so on
