improve rotation app

Currently there is a rotation demo application that shows how to rotate a sprite. The sprite itself was hacked together quickly (the original looked too similar to a well-known brand logo).

Change the drawn sprite, ideally make it look like something that's expected to rotate, like a wheel. Add frame rate limiting to avoid the animation going too fast at small resolutions.
