Override Headers in folders

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our Problem is that we need custom headers for authentication so the authentication feature of Kreya sadly does not work.
With Directory Settings & environment we can easily set default authentication.
But we have some services that share all settings but need a different value for the authentication header.

But setting a Header in a subfolder that already has default Headers will just add it instead of overriding it

Describe the solution you'd like
Because mutliple headers with the same name are supported an option to specify that this specific header should be overridden would be perfect

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative would be to support environment overrides for folders.
We add the actual values of header with an environment variable. If there is a way to set folder specific environment that would fix our problem as well

We will implement a way to override inherited headers on operations and directory settings.
