Portable windows version

On windows, the installation is currently on possible via MSI, which installs Kreya on the whole machine.
A portable version should be provided. Note that users may have to install WebView2 themselves with the portable version

WebView2 is not the one that come installed with Edge? I think every Windows have it, no?
Or maybe some old windows... well I use Windows 11.

It comes pre-installed on Windows 11, but not on Windows 10
