Admin site: improvements on "observation comments" needed

It's currently barely usable:
- Going from the list to a comment details takes forever and the user gets a timeout
- Present more fields on the list?

The performance issue was actually already solved, but it was not deployed in production due to a branch mismatch. This is now done!
